What age is the Soleil01 SE designed for?
The Soleil01 SE is best suited for teens aged 13 and up, as well as smaller-sized adults. Please refer to the size chart on the product page to make sure the fit is right for you.
Does the ebike require assembly? Is it hard to put together?
The bike arrives roughly 85% assembled. Most riders spend about 30-45 minutes installing the front wheel, handlebars, and fender.
- Community Feedback: Many customers find it "super easy to assemble" and "detailed instructions are included."
- Support: If you are not mechanically inclined, we recommend taking it to a local e-bike shop, or contacting our support team for video guidance.
Are the parts interchangeable? Can I buy spare parts separately?

- Upgradability: As confirmed by our riding community, this bike is "very easy and cheap to mod" using standard parts (like 420 chains or standard handlebars).

Limited Factory Warranty
Soleil01 SE includes limited warranty support for eligible manufacturing defects. Main parts and
components are covered according to our Warranty Policy. Frame, battery, and wearable parts may

and repair support when needed. Essential components such as controllers, chargers, brake parts,

Had it for about 3 months and then it wouldn't start, which was pretty frustrating. I was definitely disappointed. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly, figured out the issue, and sent me a replacement display for the handlebar. It took a little while to get everything fixed, but it's working again now. Not happy that the problem happened, but I do appreciate that they honored the warranty and helped get it resolved.
