Warranty Policy – TuttioMake
This Limited Warranty is issued by TuttioMake for eligible products purchased directly from our official website. Your rights under this Warranty are in addition to, and do not affect, any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.
Before your first ride, please read the user manual provided with your product. It contains important safety information, assembly instructions, riding guidance, and maintenance advice.
TuttioMake warrants eligible products against defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period from the original purchase date, when used under normal conditions and in accordance with TuttioMake’s published guidelines, user manuals, technical specifications, and service instructions.
- Eligible TuttioMake products include a limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
- Main parts and components: 2-year limited warranty unless otherwise stated below.
- Frame: 1-year limited warranty.
- Battery: 1-year limited warranty.
- Shipping damage claims must be reported within 7 days after delivery.
- Free accessories are not covered unless required by law or approved by TuttioMake.
- EU customers keep their statutory consumer rights under applicable EU and local laws.

1. Warranty Scope
TuttioMake provides a limited warranty for eligible electric bikes, electric mini bikes, and related products sold directly by TuttioMake through our official website.
This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, proper assembly, and proper maintenance.
Free accessories, gifts, promotional items, and bonus items are not covered under this Limited Warranty unless required by applicable law or specifically approved by TuttioMake.
2. Warranty Period and Eligibility
The warranty period begins from the date of original purchase or delivery, depending on the applicable product and local law.
For eligible TuttioMake main parts and components, the limited warranty period is 2 years, unless a different warranty period is specifically stated below.
Any repair, replacement, or service provided during the warranty period does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product purchased new directly from TuttioMake. Proof of purchase may be required.
3. Products Covered
This Warranty Policy applies to eligible TuttioMake products purchased directly from tuttiomake.com.
Products purchased from third-party sellers, unauthorized resellers, private sellers, second-hand sellers, or non-TuttioMake websites may not be covered by this warranty. Please contact the seller where the product was purchased for support.
4. Frame Warranty
TuttioMake frames are covered by a 1-year limited frame warranty from the date of delivery for the original owner.
This coverage may include:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affect the structural integrity of the frame
- One-time frame replacement during the warranty period, subject to inspection and approval by TuttioMake
Frame warranty support covers the approved frame only. Labor costs, component transfers, installation fees, service fees, and related costs are not included unless approved by TuttioMake or required by applicable law.
Replacement frames may be scratch-and-dent, refurbished, or cosmetically imperfect, provided they are structurally sound. If the original frame style or color is unavailable, a compatible alternative may be provided at TuttioMake’s discretion.
Frame Warranty Exclusions
The frame warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
- Corrosion or rust
- Paint fading, scratches, cosmetic wear, or impact marks
- Crash damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized or non-reversible modifications, including drilling or welding
- Accessories mounted to the frame
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper maintenance or improper storage
5. Battery Warranty
TuttioMake batteries are covered by a 1-year limited battery warranty.
During the eligible warranty period, a verified defective battery may be repaired or replaced, subject to review and approval by TuttioMake.
The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains based on the original purchase date and does not restart.
Battery performance naturally decreases over time and with regular use. Normal battery capacity reduction, range reduction, or aging over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Battery defects or damage may not be covered if caused by:
- Charging with a charger not intended or approved for use with the battery
- Using a non-original or incompatible charger
- Improper charging or improper use of a battery charger
- Over-discharge or long-term storage without charging
- Broken seals or evidence of tampering
- Use of the battery in equipment other than the product for which it was specified
- Water damage, liquid exposure, corrosion, or chemical exposure
- Physical damage, impact damage, puncture, or crash damage
- Extreme heat, extreme cold, improper storage, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
6. Parts and Components Warranty
Original TuttioMake parts and components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, unless otherwise stated in this policy, on the product page, or in the product documentation.
This warranty may cover verified manufacturing defects in eligible original parts and components under normal use and proper maintenance.
Depending on the issue, TuttioMake may provide troubleshooting guidance, replacement parts, repair support, partial solution, product replacement, or other appropriate after-sales support.
Shipping fees for replacement parts may vary depending on your location, the issue, the product, and applicable consumer laws. For approved warranty claims caused by verified product defects, TuttioMake will provide support according to applicable law and our after-sales review.
7. Wearable Parts
Wearable parts are not covered for normal wear and tear.
Wearable parts may include, but are not limited to:
- Tires
- Inner tubes
- Brake pads
- Brake rotors
- Chains
- Sprockets
- Grips
- Seats
- Bearings
- Cables
- Other parts that naturally wear out through regular use
If a wearable part has a verified manufacturing defect before normal use, please contact us and provide photos or videos for review.
8. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, failure, or issues caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper assembly
- Improper maintenance
- Improper storage
- Misuse, abuse, overloading, or unsafe riding
- Accidents, crashes, collisions, drops, or impact damage
- Water damage, corrosion, or exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal use
- Unauthorized repair, modification, tuning, or disassembly
- Use of non-original or incompatible parts
- Damage caused during transportation after the customer receives the product
- Commercial rental use, stunt use, racing use, or other abnormal use
- Failure to follow the user manual, safety instructions, or maintenance guidance
- Products with serial numbers, barcodes, or product labels removed, altered, damaged, or made illegible
- Damage caused by accessories, products, or equipment not approved by TuttioMake
- External events such as fire, flooding, lightning, earthquakes, severe weather, theft, or improper electrical use
Cosmetic issues that do not affect product function, such as minor scratches, small paint marks, paint fading, dents, or minor packaging damage, may not be covered unless they are part of verified shipping damage or manufacturing defects.
9. Shipping Damage Claims
In rare cases, a product may be damaged during transportation. If your item arrives with shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos or videos of the damaged area
- A clear description of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days may be difficult to verify and may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
Minor damage to the outer packaging alone does not qualify for warranty service if the product itself is not affected.
Free accessories are not eligible for replacement or compensation if they are scratched during transportation unless approved by TuttioMake or required by applicable law.
10. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
All warranty claims must be submitted directly to TuttioMake by email at info@tuttiomake.com.
To initiate a warranty claim, please provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Your order number
- Your full name and contact email
- Product model
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the serial number, barcode, or product label if available
Before submitting a formal warranty claim, we recommend contacting TuttioMake first, as there may be a simple solution to resolve the issue without a full claim process.
TuttioMake will not replace any part without first reviewing photos, videos, or other information showing the damaged or defective product.
11. Warranty Review Process
After we receive your warranty request, our support team will review the information provided.
We may ask for additional photos, videos, troubleshooting results, or other information to verify the issue.
Once the issue is reviewed, TuttioMake will determine whether the issue is covered under this Warranty and provide a suitable solution depending on the product condition, cause of the issue, product availability, and delivery location.
12. Warranty Solutions
If the issue is approved under warranty, TuttioMake may provide one or more of the following solutions:
- Troubleshooting guidance
- Replacement parts
- Repair guidance
- Repair cost support where approved
- Partial refund where appropriate
- Product replacement where necessary and available
- Other appropriate after-sales support
The final solution depends on the nature of the issue, product condition, part availability, customer location, and applicable laws.
13. Replacement Parts
If replacement parts are provided under warranty, TuttioMake will ship the approved replacement parts to the customer.
In some cases, customers may need to install basic replacement parts themselves or with the help of a local repair shop.
Please do not replace, repair, or disassemble major components without our approval, as unauthorized repair or modification may affect warranty eligibility.
14. Repair Support
If repair is needed, please contact TuttioMake first and wait for approval before arranging repair.
Repair costs arranged without prior approval may not be reimbursed.
If local repair support is required and approved by TuttioMake, we may provide repair guidance, replacement parts, or repair cost support depending on the situation.
15. Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the original order placed through our official website, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
This Warranty does not cover indirect loss, inconvenience, loss of use, third-party repair costs, or other costs not approved by TuttioMake, except where required by applicable law.
Warranty service does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.
16. Safety and Responsible Use
Electric bikes and electric mini bikes must be used responsibly and according to the user manual, safety instructions, and local regulations.
Riders should wear proper protective gear, check the product before riding, and follow all applicable local laws and riding rules.
Damage caused by unsafe use, misuse, overloading, racing, stunt riding, or riding in prohibited areas may not be covered by warranty.
17. Legal Rights
This Warranty Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.
For EU customers, your statutory consumer rights remain protected under applicable EU and local consumer laws.
If any part of this Warranty Policy conflicts with mandatory local consumer protection laws, the mandatory legal rights in your country or region will apply.
