Bought this for my grandson and he loves it. Good quality and worth the money. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with a helmet, which would have been nice. Overall, very pleased.

Fast shipping! The box arrived a little beat up, so I reached out to customer service first. They advised me to record an unboxing video just in case. Thankfully, the bike inside was perfectly fine.

Put this on my old car and honestly, it exceeded expectations. Was skeptical about it fitting an older sedan at first, but it slid right in. Super sturdy and doesn't bounce around when driving. Highly recommend if you're on the fence.

Just got our first batch of Soleil 01s in. Spotted a small crack on the front fender during assembly (see pic). Shot an email to Tuttio and they had a replacement on the way within the hour. No hassle, no runaround. As a dealer, that's exactly the kind of support I need. Impressed with the quality and the service. Definitely ordering more.

Had it for about 3 months and then it wouldn't start, which was pretty frustrating. I was definitely disappointed. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly, figured out the issue, and sent me a replacement display for the handlebar. It took a little while to get everything fixed, but it's working again now. Not happy that the problem happened, but I do appreciate that they honored the warranty and helped get it resolved.

If you're like me and bought this Tuttio Soleil 01 as a total surprise for your kid, get some muscle to help you move it! The delivery driver just dropped it off and man, this box is a beast 'C it's super heavy. I spent quite some time wrestling with it in the garage just to get it out of sight without being noticed. Legit still sweating lol! But the packaging is solid and clearly marked with 'Tuttio.' From the sheer weight, you can tell this isn't a cheap piece of plastic. Finally have it stashed away for the big reveal. Can't wait for the look on their face!

Just received it and got it set up. Here is a pic! I'm giving it 4 stars because it's a little heavier than I expected, making it slightly hard to move around. Still excited to ride it though.

The Soleil01 SE arrived with some packaging damage, and there was a small scratch on the frame. I contacted customer service and they resolved it well. Overall still satisfied.

The Holder 01 works well overall. The ground-level loading ramp makes it easy to load the bike, and it feels stable while driving. The manual could be a bit clearer, but once set up it’s a solid carrier.
