Return & Refund Policy – TuttioMake
If you would like to cancel or return your order, please review the policy below. In general, we accept eligible requests for exchange, return, or refund within 30 days of delivery, based on the order tracking record.
By placing and paying for an order, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Once an order is placed, it enters processing automatically. Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase.
If you need to cancel or update your order before shipment, please contact us at tuttiomake@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you.
If a tracking number has already been issued, shipment interception is usually not possible. If we are able to successfully intercept the shipment, a $300 shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
After Shipment
If your order has already shipped and can no longer be modified, you may refuse delivery. However, a 10% restocking fee based on the product price will apply. In addition, you will be responsible for the $300 return shipping fee.
TuttioMake will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will arrange pickup of the returned package.
2. Order Modifications
Before Shipping
There is no charge for approved order modifications before shipment. Please email tuttiomake@gmail.com to request any changes.
TuttioMake generally processes orders within 1–2 business days after an order is placed.
After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, no modifications can be made.
3. Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return an item, you must request the return within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Service Team at tuttiomake@gmail.com.

Defective Items
Approved returns of defective items reported within 30 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. If you experience any product issues, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Helmets, protective gear, batteries, controllers, and other safety-related or functional accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold, unless there is a verified quality issue.
Items with opened packaging, damaged labels, or signs of use may not be eligible for return unless the issue is quality-related.
Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage
If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of purchase along with clear photos or videos. These cases will be handled according to our warranty and after-sales policies.
Non-Quality-Related Returns
For returns not related to product quality, including personal preference, ordering the wrong item, or changing your mind, the following charges will apply:

TuttioMake is committed to providing reliable customer service and technical support. For eligible product issues, we will provide the necessary replacement parts and cover related repair costs where applicable.
5. Shipping Damage
If your package arrives with shipping damage that affects the product’s functionality, you may refuse delivery or contact our customer service team for assistance.
For missing parts, severely damaged parts, or other verified quality-related issues, our team will arrange a free replacement or return, where appropriate.
Minor damage to the outer packaging alone does not qualify for a free replacement or refund.
6. Return Eligibility
Items purchased directly from our online store may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are:

If you purchased your item from a third-party seller or retail store, please contact that seller directly regarding their return policy.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

9. Return Fees and Restrictions
Please note the following:

For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for the $300 return shipping fee and 10% restocking fee.

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please keep the original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery in case a return or after-sales service is needed.
10. Return Process

Wait for return authorization and return instructions.

Pack the returned item securely to ensure safe transportation.

Ship the product back using the approved return method and send us the tracking number.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
If your refund has not appeared after 5 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

No. Damage caused by excessive use, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered under the free replacement or refund policy.
What if my product has minor scratches or paint loss?
Minor scratches or paint loss are considered normal cosmetic issues and do not qualify for a free replacement or refund unless they are part of a verified shipping damage or manufacturing defect claim.
Are worn parts covered under the return or refund policy?
No. Parts that wear out through normal use over time are not eligible for free replacement or refund.
