I was really upset when the package arrived… the box was broken and opened on the side, honestly it looked very bad.

Also it came 1 day later than expected and it almost missed my son birthday. I was running around stressed because this was for his birthday gift, and everything became last minute.

All good, the support was nice and they keep me updated with the shipping. Bike arrived fine and works good, happy with it.

Got it set up this afternoon. It’s a little bigger than I expected, but feels solid. The black looks really nice in person. Only took it for a short ride so far, but everything seems good.

Bought this for my grandson and he loves it. Good quality and worth the money. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with a helmet, which would have been nice. Overall, very pleased.

Had it for about 3 months and then it wouldn't start, which was pretty frustrating. I was definitely disappointed. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly, figured out the issue, and sent me a replacement display for the handlebar. It took a little while to get everything fixed, but it's working again now. Not happy that the problem happened, but I do appreciate that they honored the warranty and helped get it resolved.

Just received it and got it set up. Here is a pic! I'm giving it 4 stars because it's a little heavier than I expected, making it slightly hard to move around. Still excited to ride it though.

The Soleil01 SE arrived with some packaging damage, and there was a small scratch on the frame. I contacted customer service and they resolved it well. Overall still satisfied.

I found this site on social media and honestly thought it might be fake at first since the Soleil01 SE is a limited edition and they still had it. I messaged support to check and they replied super fast. Everything went smooth and the whole experience was actually really good.

Solid bike overall. Frame and welds look clean and the rear suspension does a great job absorbing bumps on our backyard trail.

We've got a smaller e-bike, but this SE is the perfect step up for my teenager. It's bigger and feels like a legit motorcycle. The rear shock eats up the bumps on our local track.

This is my first electric dirt bike and it honestly surprised me. Acceleration is strong and the bike feels sturdy. Definitely doesn‘t feel like a toy.

Just got it today! Putting it together was simple. My son is already outside riding it. Looks promising!

Bought this for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. Took it out on the trail the first weekend and she made me take a photo of her riding it because she said it looked "too cool."
