Warranty Policy – TuttioMake

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by TuttioMake. Your rights under this Warranty are in addition to and separate from your legal rights as a purchaser of the Product. This Warranty does not affect those rights.

Before your first ride, please read the manual(s) provided with each Product. They contain important safety information, as well as instructions for assembly, use, and maintenance.

As explained in more detail below, TuttioMake warrants its Products against defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period from the date of original retail purchase, when used under normal conditions and in accordance with TuttioMake’s published guidelines. These guidelines include, but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.

“Original retail purchase” means that the Product was purchased new directly from TuttioMake.

1. Warranty Scope

TuttioMake provides a limited warranty for electric bicycles and electric motorcycles sold by TuttioMake. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.

Please note: Free accessories are not covered under this warranty.

2. Warranty Period and Eligibility

The warranty period for the Product is 2 years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser (“Buyer”), except where a different warranty period is specifically stated for certain components below.

Any repairs or replacements made during the warranty period do not extend the original warranty period.

This warranty is automatically registered when the original purchaser places and receives the order from our online store, and it applies to the original purchaser only.

3. Products Covered

TuttioMake will replace any component determined to be defective or damaged, including damage incurred during shipping, except where the issue results from user error or circumstances excluded under this Warranty.

Warranty coverage for specific products and components is subject to the terms below.

4. Frame Warranty

All TuttioMake eBike frames come with a 1-year limited frame warranty from the date of delivery for the original owner.

This coverage includes:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affect the structural integrity of the frame

• One-time frame replacement during the warranty period, subject to inspection and approval by TuttioMake

Terms:

• This warranty covers frame replacement only

• Labor costs, component transfers, installation, and related service fees are not included

• Replacement frames may be scratch-and-dent, refurbished, or cosmetically imperfect, provided they are structurally sound

• If the original frame style or color is unavailable, a compatible alternative may be provided at TuttioMake’s discretion

Frame Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by, including but not limited to:

• Corrosion or rust

• Paint fading, scratches, cosmetic wear, or impact marks

• Crash damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Non-reversible modifications, including drilling or welding

• Accessories mounted to the frame, including chain guards where applicable

• Normal wear and tear or improper maintenance

5. Battery Warranty

TuttioMake batteries are covered by a 1-year prorated warranty.

During the first 1 year of service, a defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains based on the original purchase date and does not restart.

No cash reimbursement will be provided.

Batteries may be inspected and determined to be defective only by TuttioMake.

This Limited Warranty does not cover battery defects or damage resulting from:

• Charging with a charger not intended or approved for use with the battery

• Improper use of a battery charger

• Broken seals or evidence of tampering

• Use of the battery in equipment other than the bike for which it was specified

• Accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, improper storage, exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, dirt, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress

6. Parts and Components Warranty

Original TuttioMake parts and components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty.

If more than 15 days have passed since the date the bike was received, shipping costs for replacement parts provided under warranty will be the customer’s responsibility.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Parts affected by corrosion due to exposure to the elements, including moisture and heat

• Damage or deterioration of surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics

• Labor charges for replacement or installation

• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or abnormal use

• Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by TuttioMake

• Products with serial numbers or barcodes removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible

• Damage caused by the use of accessories, products, or equipment not approved by TuttioMake

• Damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment inconsistent with the Assembly Instructions or Owner’s Manual

• Damage caused by external events such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, weather exposure, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source

• Ordinary wear and tear not resulting from defects in workmanship or materials

Ordinary wear and tear will be assessed by TuttioMake.

7. General Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, stunt riding, racing, or similar activities inconsistent with the intended use of the Product

• Damage caused by private or unauthorized modification

• Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage unless caused by TuttioMake

• Products with serial numbers or barcodes removed, altered, or made illegible

• Ordinary wear and tear

• Defects or damage caused by accessories, products, or peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by TuttioMake

• Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, maintenance, repair, or adjustment inconsistent with official instructions

• Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper electrical use

8. Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be submitted directly to TuttioMake by email at tuttiomake@gmail.com.

To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Clear photos and/or videos showing the damaged or defective item

Before submitting a formal warranty claim, we recommend contacting TuttioMake first, as there may be a simple solution to resolve the issue without a full claim process.

Any valid warranty claim made within the applicable warranty period from the original purchase date will be handled by TuttioMake.

TuttioMake will not replace any part without first reviewing photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence by email.

TuttioMake may provide free replacement parts or components where approved, but shipping fees are not included unless otherwise authorized by the after-sales team. Installation fees are also not covered unless explicitly approved by TuttioMake.

9. Shipping Damage Claims

In rare cases, a product may be damaged during transportation. If your item arrives with shipping damage, please contact tuttiomake@gmail.com and provide photo or video evidence.

Free accessories are not eligible for replacement or compensation if they are scratched during transportation.

Notice: Shipping damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

10. Additional Exclusions

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

This warranty does not cover:

• Consumable parts such as tires, inner tubes, and brake pads

• Products transferred by others or purchased through other platforms or unauthorized sellers

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product

11. Disclaimer

This Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by TuttioMake. No other express or implied warranties apply, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
