At TuttioMake, we aim to provide reliable and transparent shipping service for every order. We offer free shipping to eligible delivery areas unless otherwise stated at checkout.

After your order is placed, our team will begin processing it as soon as possible.
- Order processing time: 1–3 business days
- Orders are usually processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, promotions, or stock transfer periods
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, product availability, warehouse location, and carrier schedule.
- United States local warehouse delivery: usually 3–7 business days after shipment
- Other eligible delivery areas: delivery time may vary depending on the destination
Please note that estimated delivery times are for reference only and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unexpected circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods
We work with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order safely. The available shipping method may vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
4. Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping to eligible delivery areas unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
If any additional shipping fee applies to your order, it will be clearly shown before payment.
5. Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at tuttiomake@gmail.com.
Once the order has been shipped or a tracking number has been issued, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
6. Tracking Information
After your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking status after the tracking number is issued.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs clearance, incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues.
If your package appears to be lost or has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us at tuttiomake@gmail.com, and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos or videos of the package and product before using it.
If the damage affects the product’s functionality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tuttiomake@gmail.com. Our customer service team will review the case and provide further assistance.
Minor damage to the outer packaging alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund.
9. Delivery Restrictions
Some products may not be available for delivery to certain countries, regions, islands, remote areas, PO boxes, military addresses, or restricted locations.
If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a solution or cancel and refund the order.
